   Connelly's bear-hunt anecdote was memorably wacky, even if her delivery of   
   it was a tad laborious. I thought of that story over the weekend at a   
   moment when I was outdoors, exhausted, and in need of a bed. Too bad I   
   wasn't wearing a bear costume -- those things must be great for sleeping in   
   on a moment's notice.

   The Conan's Diary sketches are amusing, although it would be nice if they   
   varied the ending, which has become as predictable as the ass stamp. (Or   
   should that be ``krunk'' stamp? Being a relative newcomer to this group,   
   I'm not well acquainted with the appropriate usage of the term.)
