   Joaquin Phoenix:
   	- He stopped watching his own movies about six years ago. It
would be different, probably disappointing, compared to making the
movie. Hope that doesn't offend you.

   	- Phoenix starts to leave, comes back, and they shuffle around
chairs; it's rather fun. There's a lot of hair on the chairs. Phoenix
doesn't want to watch the interview either. Conan watches his own shows
   and rubs himself with oils.

   	- And he wakes his children telling them to ``look at Papa''.
   He makes shoes.

   	- He gets onto something about Spanish Christmas songs: why
would ``Feliz Navidad'' mean ``Corn is sweet''? But they had a lot of
   fun.

   	- The essence of caroling isn't doing it inside. But maybe next
winter they'll go out; they have to rehearse.

   	- He just has to dance, sometimes. He's like Conan, he starts
moving his body irresponsibly until someone asks him to stop.

   	- He had this scene where the rain was put in by computer
effects which Phoenix didn't understand. Computer stuff is great; you
can be there with absolutely nothing and they add in the rain and people
shooting at you and everything. The computer-generated rain gives
directors something else to make a dingy dark blue; thank you, computer
   guys.

   Jim Gaffigan:
   	- He's not the guy from Capote.

   	- Ketchup is the bacon of tomato-based fluids.

   	- He considers what keeps people from heroin.

   	- British food is terrible, in a joke merely twenty years
   obsolete.
