   	It's on Reuters that Late Night overlords General Electric   
   won't sell off NBC Universal until at least the 2008 Olympics:

   	What this implies, of course, if that we have time to pool   
   our resources and make them an offer next fall.  They estimate the   
   value of NBC at around forty billion dollars, but if we transfer a   
   couple thousand each into Canadian dollars and wait for the exchange   
   rates to progress we should be able to change that back in a year to   
   seventy or eighty billion US dollars.
