   When I saw the guest lineup on my TiVo ("Joaquin Phoenix, Jim Gaffigan,   
   Paramore"), my first assumption was that it was a repeat that was   
   incorrectly marked as a new episode.  I had to wait to hear the "with   
   Jimmy Vivino and the Max Weinberg 7" episode at the beginning -- and   
   even then, I wasn't 100% sure it was new until Conan got to the above   
   joke.
