   	Well, this is a side I didn't know earlier.  Obviously   
   Conan's supporting the non-writing staff for the forseeable future   
   of the strike makes him look good, but it turns out that his own   
   salary is suspended since, as a writer, he is striking:

   	The strike is unfortunate and there's little reason not to   
   hope for it to be done soon, but to the extent anyone's coming out   
   of it looking good, at least in the late night talk show circuit,   
   Conan and Letterman are way out in front.
