   Interestingly, it contrasts Buffalo and Charlotte, and mentions "Marge   
   vs. the Monorail," but doesn't mention something related that Buffalo   
   and Charlotte have in common:  they both have modern light-rail systems,   
   something that isn't as sexy as a monorail, but is more useful in   
   actually developing the economy by actually getting people from place to
