   	This has nothing to do with the strike, but Jay Leno has   
   settled a lawsuit with Judy Brown, author of a set of joke books   
   that took lines from Jay Leno, Conan O'Brien, David Letterman,   
   Jon Stewart, and more people, and published them without paying   
   any sorts of royalties to the original authors.   
      
   	Conan, Letterman, and Stewart were not participants in the   
   lawsuit, although Rita Rudner was.  Leno and Rudner plan to donate   
   the proceeds they receive to charity:
