From: nebusj-@-rpi-.edu               Is there anything more freaky than a silent cartoon? No, there       is not. From the deep vaults of Fleischer Brothers bizarreness, Koko       the Clown and his dog find their way to the Earth's Control Room and it       all goes terribly wrong.               As with most of the Koko The Clown cartoons this has interactions       between the animator and the characters, as well as about six solid minutes       of freakiness. It also features a *really* neat introduction for Koko.               http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-1789333904407014607                      Matt Groening cited it as an example of great cartoon scripting,       which is a touch ironic since the cartoons back then were largely made       by piling up a bunch of scenes until they ran out of film, though this       one actually has got a pretty straightforward plot line:        http://www.bbc.co.uk/cult/simpsons/interviews/groening/page4.shtml                     --        Joseph Nebus       ------------------------------------------------------------------------------              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
