From: nebusj-@-rpi-.edu              10 December 2008 - #2686 - Jennifer Connelly, Bradley Cooper, Alec Greven.        Conologue. Rod Blagojevich said he'll resign ... if the price       is right. It's Blagojevich's birthday; for the second day in a row       federal agents jumped out and yelled surprise. The former head of Papa       John's pizza has been appointed CEO of Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins;       at his press conference he declared, ``what can I say, I have a gift for       making America really freaking fat''. A gun manufacturer is making a       gun for old people; it's called a musket. Three Kentucky Fried Chicken       employees have been suspended for bathing in the sink used to clean the       dishes; experts are trying to determine if this is gross or just sad.               2009 Fall NBC Schedule: 10 pm Jay Leno; 11:35 Tonight Show with       Conan O'Brien; 12:35 Late Night with Jimmy Fallon; 1:35 Last Call with       Carson Daly; ... 6:00 Today with Jay Leno; 9:00 Today with Conan       O'Brien. 10:00 Very, Very Early Late Night With Jimmy Fallon; 11:00       Judge Jay; 11:30 Conan's Court; 12:00 Jays of our Lives; 1:00 All My       Fallons; 2:00 Ellen Degeneres Show Starring Conan O'Brien; 3:00 The       Bonnie Hunt Show Minus Bonnie Hunt Plus Carson Daly; 4:00 Jay or No Jay;       5:00 Local News About Jay Leno; 6:30 NBC Nightly News with Conan ``Brian       Williams'' O'Brien; 7:00 NBC Late Night: The Movie; 9:00 Jay Leno Show       Pre-Show.               Glass Half Empty/Glass Half Full. A segment I haven't seen       before except in The Dennis Miller Shows old The Case For/The Case       Against. Rod Blagojevich was arrested for trying to sell a Senate       seat/Sarah Palin is no longer the most embarrassing governor. A joke       done on Letterman too. The police will have machine guns at the Times       Square ball drop this year/They'll be pointed at Ryan Seacrest. Conan       discovers all sorts of words he can say now. Includes horrible joke       about layoffs forcing women into prostitution ``from Max''.               'Tastic guy.               More guys than usual at the studio: two operators on the camera,       extra cue card guys, studio wall holder, studio wall holder spotter,       cellist, cellist spotter.              Jennifer Connelly:        One of her kids has been dating for two years; he's at the       interval between play-dating and actual-dating. They cooked a nice meal       together: veal and pesto mashed potatoes. He second film was an Italian       horror movie as a sleepwalker who communicates with insects and whose       best friend is a chimpanzee. Chimps are the worst to work with.              Bradley Cooper:        He's in a lot of movies but still nearly anonymous. Was asked       to autograph as Matthew Perry as he was near him in a movie; so he did.       Was kind of unrealistic about audition prospects early on. Would tape       line and play scenes with himself. Figured to stage a fall with the       camera; it didn't work. Met Robert DeNiro with a taped audition. His       mother played the DeNiro part. DeNiro ``could tell there was a       relationship there''.              Alec Greven:        He's only heard Late Night is really, really late. Greven       observed at the playground how boys had problems with girls. Playground       relationships can last as long as recess, maybe. Could go five days.       Long-term love is for later. Really pretty girls ditch boys more often       than regular girls do. Advice to boys: don't show off. Don't tell lame       jokes. Praises Conan's joke-telling skills. ``Are you available to       come back tomorrow night?'' Don't act desperate. Don't be hyper; cut       down on sugar if you have to. It's the heart that matters. Try ``hi''       as an opening line, or ``did you see that episode of (?)''.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
