I noticed writing up Wednesday's show that Conan seemed to be on
the ragged starting edge of a cold. I haven't seen Thursday's yet, but
could accept his being worse off.

I haven't been to the show since the current, new set got in
place (probably I should get around to it soon), but I think fifteen
minutes is about normal for the warm-up routine. After all this time
(and considering the warm-up is *very* routine, since almost none of
the audience will ever see it a second time) they probably can do it
   in their sleep.

Wow. Well, then, yes, good that you were able to see Conan on
   Late Night in person.

What were the lines like, for ticket pick-up and then for
getting into the studio? About when did you start sitting in the
NBC Lobby without looking too much like you were sitting so the
pages didn't have to pretend to hassle you?
