   	I'm sorry I can't offer a more optimistic answer.  Perhaps with   
   the long layover between Late Night and Tonight Show for Conan then NBC   
   will feel nudged to put out fresh comedy clips to keep buzz about him   
   going (if they're not, they should be thusly nudged), but that makes for   
   an even more curious grab-bag process than usual.
