   One bit they pretty much took from Conan's show, is interacting from the   
   desk with a  sitting faux audience member.  I'm not sure if Leno has done   
   that sort of thing, and Letterman has been pretty much the "the guy who gets   
   upset and runs out of the studio punching pages in the process."
