|    Q about final-week "Tonight" episode    |
|    16 May 11 20:25:25    |
From: lugnut@NOSPAMhotmail.com              So I remembered that I had made DVD's of the last few weeks of       "Tonight" and watched them again the other day, and a question came to       mind that I've never heard answered.              On the episode (forget what date) where Norm McDonald stopped by,       Conan plugs a special "0.6th Anniversary Episode" that would be coming       up on "Tuesday or Thursday, whatever the lawyers decide." This never       happened and was never mentioned again, so I'd assume it's safe to say       that "the lawyers" decided against it...              ...but has it ever been mentioned again by Conan in interviews or in       any of the various pieces that were written about the whole debacle?       I'm curious as to what exactly they had planned.                            -lugnut              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
