The route traveled in the "carpool" bit did seem to be the freeway route
that one would take to get from the Westside to Warner Bros. in Burbank:
I-405 North to U.S. 101 South (compass east) to California 134 East.

The McDonald's the carpool visited was actually a bit of a detour --
it's on Olive Avenue northeast of Warner Bros., although I think it is
the closest McDonald's to the studio. To get there, the carpool almost
definitely drove past NBC, in case Conan wanted to roll down the window
and shake his fist at the executives.

The "fire drill" took place on Olive Avenue westbound at Buena Vista
Street, which would be on the way back to Warner Bros. from the
   McDonald's.

In all the shots where I could see the GPS screen, it appeared that it
was on the main "view map or pick a destination" menu screen, so I can't
explain the "traffic ahead" warning that it allegedly gave. I also note
that having a GPS suction-cupped to the middle of the windshield is
illegal in California -- it's only legal to attach it to the extreme
lower left or lower right corners. (I have mine in the middle, but it's
sitting on top of the dashboard on a frictionless mat, which is legal.)
Fighting that particular crime, though, seems to be a low priority.

Meanwhile, in the Tom Hanks "scooter" bit -- which I'm sure the TBS
lawyers will swear is nothing like any bit Conan ever did on NBC -- all
of the footage in which they were allegedly driving down a city street
was westbound Riverside Drive in Toluca Lake, which is just a bit
   northeast of Warner Bros.
