   I liked "Fridays" (introduced us to Melanie Chartoff before she became the   
   principal on "Parker Lewis Can't Lose", and to Michael Richards before he   
   became   
   Kramer)...back when SNL's version of celebrity impersonations was to hang a   
   sign   
   around someone's neck that said "President Ford", they were doing   
   state-of-the-art facial prosthetics that actually made the comedians *look*   
   like   
   the people they were playing....   
      
   "The New Monkees" was syndicated....r
