The way it's supposed to be used...for placement of the first
digit to be counted. 0 Included to the left of it. And when it
includes itself again in the ten count, it includes itself to the
right of the single repetitive 10 digits. In succession. In this
case...ten ones, to 19....and the 9 digits to the right are
started by what......?
