   I had a similar eXperience.  Circa 1985, I Played the same six number   
   combination, out of 36, every week in the MA Mega Bucks game, for a   
   year. Tore up my last loser, and dropped the numbers. Two weeks later   
   ...well...you know.....6 eXact...4 mill.....no winners.....   
      
   Never played the game again.....and stopped playing the lottery all   
   together.....   
      
   Starting buying "scratch tickets" within the past five years. One or two   
   at a time. Now I'm buying five at a time, because; "Win Up To 4 Million   
   Dollars. 1 out of 4 chance of winning!".......   
      
   Usually the 'prize' is, the price of a ticket....   
      
   Last year I scratched a $500.00 and one, $1000.00....   
      
   Haven't bought any since. Now that I brought it up, I'm Gonna buy   
   5 more today.....pay day.....
