   It's obvious it's a flock of migrating birds, possibly   
   Bar-headed geese who have been spotted flying at   
   29,000 + feet....and a Mallard duck was struck by   
   a commercial airliner at 21,000 feet.   
      
   There are Advantages in flying at great heights.  The   
   lack of oxygen at great heights livens the muscles.   
      
   The close-up filming in the footage clearly show their   
   *flapping* wings.
