   If you do your research - you will see that the Sun Spots were   
   significant about 4 - 5 years ago & then dissipated quickly.   
      
   This was due to a special conditioning program set up by the   
   aliens.   
   The devices that depleted the radiation were constructed of   
   5" diameter ABS plastic pipes ranging from 2' - 4' in length.   
   Inside were complicated electronics sealed in non-shrinking   
   grout - a low electron based composite that enhanced the   
   system & prevented governments from obtaining the alien   
   technology here on Earth.   
   There were 3 main parts:   
   1 pipe 4' long that contained the main frequency dispersion unit.   
   1 booster 3' long that was an enhancer for various reactors /   
   weapons facilities, etc.   
   About 25 separate smaller boosters that were designed to   
   condition each location with special types of very high-end   
   frequency.   
      
   Basically, the idea is that a man made radioactive particle is a   
   "sick" thing & by altering the rings of electrons at the sub-   
   atomic levels - it would speed up the "healing" of the   
   radionic particle! Hence what would take millions of   
   years in a non-conditioned environment took a far shorter   
   time.   
   It was the exchange between Earth & Earth's Sun at the   
   sub-atomic & beyond levels that were causing the Sun Spots,   
   an incredibly serious thing!   
   Unfortunately - at the time - government personnel only saw   
   the pipes as a hoax or simply construction material or   
   something like that. Since then, they have dissapeared -   
   probably into the bottom of a landfill somewhere?   
   Some say that the devices (all powered by low voltage   
   electricity) could be powered up by the excess heat in a   
   landfill causing an overconditioning of nuclear waiste &   
   possible detonation? I think that the aliens are smarter than   
   that - why blow up a perfectly good planet?   
      
   It is said that "they" will be back one day to further condition   
   our very polluted & contaminated planet. The real question
