Latinos they've missed? No. If they were going to do Det.
Simone, he'd be paired with or lower than Sipowicz. Any Asian
characters who are actually played by Asians, unlike Caine?
Get real. There had better not be any insipid LA LAWyers
. And please, no Buck Rogers or GALACTICA or A-TEAMers.
Any black characters they've missed? Maybe that IN THE HEAT
OF THE NIGHT guy? I'm sure they wouldn't put either Hawk or
Captain Sisko this high. I'm sure they've forgotten Lily from
I'LL FLY AWAY. They're hideously US-centric, so no hope for
any British detectives (eg. Jeremy Brett's Sherlock Holmes)
or The Prisoner. The Equalizer would never (and shouldn't)
be this high. No hope for The Pretender if they haven't even
included Sam Beckett. George Francisco from ALIEN NATION would
never be this high. Ditto Max Headroom or Vincent from BEAUTY
& THE BEAST. Since Buffy isn't in the top 10, I doubt there
are any other genre characters in the top 10 besides Kirk.

I predict: Tony Soprano, Captain Kirk, MTM, Lucy (top female),
Archie Bunker (top male). Oh wait -- just remembered Cagney
& Lacy. They'd probably be a combo -- no way they'd try to
choose between them. Oh crap -- they wouldn't put anyone from
DYNASTY or MELROSE PLACE or BH 90210 or BAYWATCH this high,
would they?
