   Yeah, a used paper version of "Out Bloody Rageous" really is   
   out-bloody-rageously priced!! But Amazon does have an electronic version   
   that's not too bad, CDN$10.00. They do have the first two chapters   
   available as a free preview - I have read it. Enjoyed the content, but   
   I'm undecided about the format at this point - I do prefer paper books.   
   I have ordered Daevid Allen's "Gong Dreaming 2" in hardcover.
