   A friend of mine has just read "Rock Stars Stole My Life" by Mark Ellen, in   
   which he states that the issue of the UK music magazine "Mojo" was saved by   
   the number sold in the issue about FZ after his death! Unfortunately I haven't   
   read the book as he    
   took it back to the library. Apparently there are several references to FZ in   
   the book.
