   back when I really cruised this newsgroup most of the animosity seeemed to be   
   about 2 things: not throwing the vault wide open IMMIDIFUCKINGKLY and random   
   lawsuits about rights to play and profit from Franks music by tr   
   bute/cover/legacy groups.    
      
   There was a point when someone wanted me to come see all his Zappa albums- I   
   thought it strange in that I had all his albums, but I went and saw- twice as   
   many bootleg albums as Frank had at that point released (Mothers of Prevention   
   had just come out).    
   I was at first saddened and then dismayed. Frank wasn't getting any money from   
   all that vinyl and the quality of those audience recordings were terrible- the   
   very thing I sought out in Frank's stuff was the precision of his vision, high   
   production    
   standards...
