   According to both Graham Connah and Román García Albertos, there's no   
   overlap. GT is the start, BNP is the end, and there may or may not be   
   anything missing in the middle.

   I believe it's actually "GTR TRIO", i.e. "gtr trio" in all capitals,   
   i.e. an abbreviation of "guitar trio".
