   No way.   
   Any twelve years old kid who picks up a guitar and starts   
   practicing chords, is bound to come up with this chord   
   progression. I know I did, some years before STH came out.   
      
   If this case would have been settled in favour of Spirit,   
   (which it hasn't), then both Spirit and Zep would have   
   plagiarised --and owed-- me! :-)
