   Both "Roxy and Elsewhere" and the video are from the same stint at the   
   Roxy, but not all are the same performances. And I think at least one   
   track on R&E may be from a different venue (thus the "Elsewhere".) And   
   R&E has some studio overdubs and some purely studio sections edited in   
   (it's no secret, and the video even has some footage of the overdub   
   session.) This is off the top of my head - I'm sure it's documented   
   somewhere.   
      
   In general, I think R&E is the best listening experience, just because   
   it's so perfect and colorful. But to see it happen in front of my eyes   
   just makes me gaga. I especially like watching the two drummers do   
   their various amazing things.
