   I'd guess that could mean the 3rd party is BIS Northern Lights, since   
   they are the copyright holders. Don't forget that YouTube is public enemy   
   no 1 to a lot of small record companies because their business model   
   depends on never paying performing rights fees to artists, performers or   
   recording publishers.   
      
   The Ensemble probably aren't keen on it either - and for exactly the same
