I know of two official versions of 'Billy the Mountain', in JABFLA and
Playground Psychotics, neither have anything like

"I'm so hip ... beef pies ...he was born next to the beef pies,
   underneath Joni Mitchell's autographed picture"

   or

"Frozen (something) pie Frozen (something) pie Frozen (something) pie"

though I can hear where something like that might be ad libbed in the
JABFLA version (just after SH rings his wife when he's making wings).

... so which album has the version of BTM everybody is supposed to know
and where and when was it recorded?
