   1978? There was a shift to cassette at some point but I can't remember

   In my rusted out '69 Firebird passed down from older brothers. I bought   
   Jensen speakers for the back window, and a louder amp, forget the brand   
   but whatever was popular then. I installed it all myself with help from   
   my brothers, they were total gear heads. Cars were always being modified   
   back in those days, it was easier.   
      
   I fell in love with music in the back seat of a car at high volume, and   
   high on weed.
