   Not to change the subject or anything, but speaking of gatekeepers, the   
   best way to keep a decentralized network decentralized is to coordinate   
   with other potential peers and prefer smaller autonomous systems for   
   peering. If you prefer smaller networks and thus route around   
   gatekeepers to a large extent, you can keep the overall internetwork freer.
