It's not so much inexperience, since I've seen some very stupid shit,
including the news programming by allegedly genius people on national
television, and I have this t-shirt that says, "Make something
idiot-proof, and someone will make a better idiot."

I've gotten free drinks from managers when I walk in the store wearing
that shirt. I don't have any confidence in humanity as it is right now.
There's a lot of idiots who can't be saved, and a lot of complete
monsters ("sociopaths") who need to be put down like rabid dogs, and
thus the vast majority of people are unreliable to make well-reasoned
and justifyable decisions when electing a politician via universal suffrage.

If the vast majority of people are idiots, monsters or both, how could
   democracy work?

Anarchism doesn't try to protect idiots from themselves. It's a futile
gesture, and only delays the inevitable. It's better to just get it over
with. The problem with letting idiots on the road remove themselves from
the gene pool is that they often take a lot of innocent people,
including very bright children, with them when they collide with
   something and die.

The solution to that is to keep bright people off the roads and put
nothing but idiots on the road. You can't lose. To help "stimulate"
this, use the State or possibly a cooperative nonprofit to gift
inexpensive airplanes filled with alcohol and various inexpensive
recreational drugs, dynamite and loaded inexpensive guns to everyone you
can afford to, at least about 10 in each town, and say it's for
everyone. Use the "tragedy of the commons" to our advantage.

Of course, it goes without saying that I won't get my way on any of
this, but over time, an idiocracy is probably not going to happen,
regardless of any attempt to protect idiots from themselves, idiots will
slowly remove themselves from the gene pool over time, gradually
increasing the average IQ. One day, hopefully within my lifetime, we'll
have all the shiny advanced tech we're not ready for right now, such as
automated nurses and biomedical equipment in every home, possibly more
than one, designer babies, which relies on parents making wise and
responsible decisions regarding the future happiness and fitness of
their children, self-education, giving away massive amounts of
accessible training and education for anyone of any age to use without
   obligation, over the internet.

This stuff is awesome, but humanity as it is right now simply isn't
ready for it. Would you give a virology lab to a random person on this
planet full of extremely virulent samples of potential pandemics? No, of
course you wouldn't. Would you give portable thermonuclear warheads to
some random person on the street? No, of course you wouldn't

Why not? Because people are dumb and would do dumb things. Search your
feelings, you know it to be true. However, I don't think humanity will
always be like this. The internet and all the constantly-increasing
knowledge it provides will change that. The replacement of the
indoctrination of the public school systems with actual education via
the internet and homeschooling will change that. Freeschools and
zero-tuition universities, like the kind I'd build and will build if
given the chance, will change that.

People will smarten up, seek and find knowledge, become wiser and more
responsible at an increasingly young age, where 8 year old girls are
smarter, more responsible, wiser and more trustworthy than 80 year old
   men are today.

There will be no need for government in such a society. People will be
   perfectly capable of governing themselves.
