   They are just individuals who do what they think they ought to, either   
   to do what they have to, or do what they think is right.   
      
   Individuals aren't the problem. Most people are nice. It's organizations   
   that are the problem. Organizations seem to take on a life of their own.   
   I don't know how exactly this works, but when you put otherwise nice and   
   well-meaning individuals together under an organizational context, all   
   the worst aspects of their personality and character come to the fore.   
      
   I don't really hate individual people. Most people are alright. It's   
   mega-organizations that I hate. Mega-churches, mega-corporations,   
   mega-governments, mega-unions. The scale seems to break something in the   
   human brain and make individual people lose focus.   
      
   I'm not sure how to explain it. I don't have the words.
