   That makes sense. I think even pre-register is just for safety and   
   security, because they could send you a one-time passcode via E-Mail   
   for badge pickup like Amazon Hub does for packages.   
      
   Thankfully I host furmeets with a low barrier to entry, so I could care   
   less if Furlandia started requiring biometrics in the name of safety.
