   When Jesus told Peter to follow him he immediately turned to john who was   
   following Jesus.   
      
   This is a very subtle and profound occurance that foretells the evolution of   
   the church that is Peter the rock   
      
   When the church was young it went seventy ways from Sunday with pauls help.   
      
   Now that the church is 2000 yrs old it will be righteous johannian dissent   
   that sparks revival and this will cause a great falling away and a divide   
   between the pauline church and those in dissent.  The many that fall away   
   still claiming to be the church    
   under pauline apostasy  and the few led by johns records into the revelation   
   of Jesus christ.
