   Those are the top most of 3d waveforms.   
   Out from there are circles at different levels until the wave starts back up   
   again sinusoidal.   
   What is the wave saying?   
   That it's barely being used to it's full information capacity.   
   Every circle can be encoded with vibrations.   
   Actually the top most is not a circle it's a half moon.
