   I did ask for too much, What hour will both clocks be the same hour?   
   But amazingly it gave me where to look.   
   Of course MY job is to go backwards   
   and find a same hour but instead   
   I made a detector to do it and it looks like the hour will be   
   10am. I have to run the detector every 15 minutes   
   To get inside the 19 minute window. I use a cron job for that.
