Classical reality retroactively emerges from the wave function collapse of
quantum reality. Penrose calls this effect, aptly enough, retro-activity. It
clears a path for making quantum QM behavior consistent with Einstein's GR
   theory of special
relativity. Penrose thinks these backward time jumps retros are the only way a
superposition can collapse into a single, fixed state and still remain
consistent with results from experiments in both quantum physics and classical
   physics.

Gerald - it's the retrospect that consciousness taps into.
Have you ever noticed seemingly before it occurs that you know
what to say in a deep conversation or feel like your looking at a script
and your eyes look into blank space as you are reading the script?
Well that's human ability to retrospect or to sence a gravity placed on
a script before you needed it as your were forming your brain in childhood.
As if based on initional brain build is what retrospect scripts exist within
   the brain.
If your brain build is brilliant your actually
faster than light in response times compared to time needed to respond.
A fetus can get the gravity of hands playing an instrument and build a brain
to be faster than light processing and play instruments at fantastic talent
   levels.
