   The Importance of Tithing?   
      
   Monetary tithing, the tithing of money from income, is so important, that:   
      
   > its importance was not mentioned in the biblical Books of the Law.   
   > its importance was not mentioned in the biblical Books of Israel's History.   
   > its importance was not mentioned in the biblical Books of Poetry.   
   > its importance was not mentioned in the biblical Books of the Prophets.   
   > its importance was not mentioned in the biblical Gospels.   
   > its importance was not mentioned in the New Testament Epistles.   
   > its importance was not preached in the early church.   
   > it was never taught as church doctrine until the 1800s.   
      
   ...it would seem that tithing on money from income is not important and not   
   commanded in the Bible to do so. Only dishonest and incompetent "ministers"   
   tell their gullible followers to "tithe on their income."
