   You need to write your mommy a long letter and explain why   
   you feel she hurt you so much and why you identify with dead   
   children you imagine were neglected or abused somehow,   
   and why that identification controls you so much that you can   
   hardly think of anything else.   
      
   You should also mention your growing obsession with Boyd's   
   brother who committed suicide, because I'm sure you've begun   
   identifying with him now too. I'll be happy to talk to your mommy   
   and help her with all the arrangements to put you in a nice place   
   where you will feel ever so much calmer.
