   I don't think he'll win Best Director - that one seems to have Ang Lee's   
   name on it already.   
      
   However, I do think he has a VERY good chance for Supporting Actor, and that   
   it will come down to him or Paul Giamatti.   
      
   Where I think there might be an upset is in Best Film. A person on the news   
   today pointed out that GNAGL might sit better with the Academy voters, on   
   the basis that many of them actually lived through the era that the film   
   deals with.

   I think there are some 'locked' categories. I'll make a prediction of Best   
   Director for Ang Lee, Best Actor for Philip Seymour Hoffman and Best Actress   
   for Reese Witherspoon. Outside of that, I have no idea.
