   I'd read that they went to dinner the night before, but I think that was it.   
      
   And it was explained that a lot of stars actually sauntered down the red   
   carpet with their publicists, not their other halves. Nicole Kidman did it   
   solo, but Keith Urban was sitting next to her in the theatre. I don't know   
   who the bald guy next to George was, but it sure as hell wasn't Krista
