   Nina Clooney to speak at Welcome House benefit   
      
   WHO Household Shower helps families in need   
      
   Nina Clooney will be the featured speaker at the Welcome House Outreach   
   (WHO) Household Shower to benefit Welcome House of Northern Kentucky Inc.   
      
   Each guest is asked to bring unwrapped shower items such as sheets and   
   pillowcases, towels and washcloths, dishes, kitchen utensils, pots and pans,   
   laundry or cleaning kits to benefit families moving from the homeless   
   shelter to independent living.   
      
   ADVERTISEMENT   
   The event will take place 6-9 p.m. Tuesday April 11, at Five Seasons Country   
   Club, 345 Thomas More Parkway, Crestview Hills.   
      
   Dinner is $25 per person.   
      
   Nina Clooney, a community activist in Augusta, Ky., will speak about her   
   passions, career, and her many volunteer experiences.   
      
   Returning to the shower are the sixth-grade students from St. Joseph Academy   
   in Walton. Once again they have held bake sales to save money to purchase   
   items for this shower.

   Welcome House of Northern Kentucky, Inc. has been a lifeline for the   
   homeless and extremely poor members of our community for over 24 years.   
      
   The organization includes programs that provide a continuum of care,   
   including emergency shelter, intake/emergency assistance, family case   
   management, outreach, payee services, self-sufficiency programs and   
   employment services and support.
