   Officially, only on region 2 Japanese dvd in the original Japanese language   
   with no subtitles and European PAL format dvd with the "international   
   English or German dubbing"which frankly isn't worth the trouble to get even   
   if you can view multi-region PAL format dvds.   
      
    There's plenty of bootlegs though that either use the old English dub   
   and/or English subtitles. Check eBay.
