   I for one, am looking forward to seeing both the Godzilla films. I haven't   
   seen either one since they haven't been released to dvd here in the us..   
      
      
   By the way, maybe we didn't grow up on the same planet, But when I was a kid   
   growing up, I don't think I ever saw a Godzilla movie played in widescreen   
   on the local TV station, or wwor TV's annual thanksgiving monster fest.   
      
    As a matter of fact, I remember being Very happy, just like I am right now   
   to be able to see them at all.   
      
   So please, I'm so tired of hearing people bash sci/fi for not having   
   widescreen, or showing a TV icon bug, or having too many commercials. Its   
   the same crap over in the battlestar galactica group.   
      
     Its the way it is, its the way its been, and always will be.   
   If you really don't like it, maybe its time to petion sci/fi for a   
   commercial free pay channel.   
      
      
   Sorry to rant, I'm just soo tired of all the whining about the sci/fi   
   channel. Where would we be with out it? No star trek, No Battlestar, No   
   Farscape, no SG1, No Godzilla ( I noticed amc stopped playing them), and so   
   on and so on. Hell, I even like some of there ultra cheesy original movies.   
      
      
    I know there not perfect, but find me a basic cable station that is.
