Why make the FRENCH the bad guys who caused the mutation?
I am no fan of the froggies, mind you, but it seems far more logical
that US or Russian testing [countries that both open-air tested WAY more
nukes than any one else in the world] and had far more extensive nuclear
weapons production facilities would have caused far more chances at
mutations than france.
