   1924: WARREN KEMMERLING, who played General Goodhoe in the U.S.   
   release of "Godzilla 1985", is born in St. Louis.   
      
   1928: ART FRANKEL, who played Cal in "The Ring", is born in New York.   
      
   1933: MASASHI ISHIBASHI is born in Hualien, Taiwan. He played Iron   
   Claw on "JAKQ Blitzkrieg Squad", Commander Hedder on "Battle Fever J",   
   Hosokawa Fujitaka in "G.I. Samurai", General Kar in "Science Squadron
