   "Gojira", is born. He also appeared in "The Seven Samurai" and was the   
   tribal chief in "Half Human: The Story of the Abominable Snowman".   
      
   1909: EDDIE DEW, who played an officer in "Them!", is born in Sumner,   
   Wash.   
      
   1927: PETER FERNANDEZ, who directed, wrote, and dubbed the English   
   dialogue on the stateside releases of "Mothra", "Godzilla vs. the   
   Thing", "The Space Giants", "Ultraman", "Godzilla versus the Sea   
   Monster" (as Ryota), "Son of Godzilla", "Destroy All Monsters",

   1968: EDWARD BURNS, who played Jack Andrews in the U.S. version of
