   "Gojira", is born. He also appeared in "The Seven Samurai" and was the   
   tribal chief in "Half Human: The Story of the Abominable Snowman".   
      
   1909: EDDIE DEW, who played an officer in "Them!", is born in Sumner,   
   Wash.   
      
   1927: PETER FERNANDEZ, who directed, wrote, and dubbed the English   
   dialogue on the stateside releases of "Mothra", "Godzilla vs. the   
   Thing", "The Space Giants", "Ultraman", "Godzilla versus the Sea   
   Monster" (as Ryota), "Son of Godzilla", "Destroy All Monsters",   
   "Godzilla vs. the Smog Monster", and "Inframan", is born in New York   
   City. He is perhaps best recognized as the voice of "Speed Racer" and

   in Kanagawa, Japan.   
      
   1967: Episode 29 of "Ultraman", "Challenge into Subterra", debuts on   
   Japanese TV.   
      
   1968: EDWARD BURNS, who played Jack Andrews in the U.S. version of   
   "One Missed Call", is born in Woodside, N.Y. A former "go-for" for
