   1907: CESAR ROMERO, who played Malic and Lt. Hastings in "Latitude   
   Zero", is born in New York City. Originally frequently playing "Latin   
   lover" types in Hollywood musicals and adventures, appearing in "The   
   Shadow Laughs", "The Devil Is a Woman", "Wee Willie Winkie", "Frontier   
   Marshal", "Captain from Castile", "Julia Misbehaves", "Passport to   
   Danger", "Lost Continent", "Zorro", "77 Sunset Strip", "Rawhide",   
   "Ocean's Eleven", "The Computer Wore Tennis Shoes", "Now You See Him,
