   Megalopolis", is born in Tokyo.   
      
   1964: HANK AZARIA, who played cameraman Victor "Animal" Palotti in   
   "Godzilla", is born in New York City. Best known for his voices on   
   "The Simpsons" (Chief Clancy Wiggum, Moe the Bartender, Apu, Comic   
   Book Guy, Dr. Nick Riviera), Azaria also appeared in "The Birdcage",
