   1891: EDWARD LINDEN, cinematographer on "King Kong" and "Son of Kong", is born   
   in Wisconsin.    
      
   1915: RIKIYA IWAKI, who played Kaizoku Kitto on "Vigilante Zubat", Shinpu on   
   "Kamen Rider Super-1", Gnome on "Dinosaur Squadron Zyuranger", and Osho on   
   "Ninja Squadron Kakuranger", is born in Toyama, Japan. He was also in   
   "Vigilante in the Funky Hat: 200,   
   000 Yen Arm", "Ninja Captor", and Chiho kisha Tachibana Yosuke 5: Yonezawa Zao   
   tsushin kyoku".    
      
   1928: MITSUO ANDO is born in Tokyo. He played Doctor Over (a.k.a. Doctor   
   Botanus) on "Johnny Sokko and His Flying Robot" and "Voyage into Space",   
   Professor Gill on "Kikaida" and "Jumping Out Android Kikaida", Fuehrer Geisel   
   on "Inazuman Flash", Black    
   Cross Fuehrer on "Secret Squadron Goranger", Professor Monster on Toei's   
   "Spiderman", and Leider on "Space Sheriff Sharivan". The cousin of Kenji   
   Ushio, he was also in "A Fugitive from the Past", and died in 1997 at 68.    
      
   1935: HIROSHI TSUTSUI, co-composer on "Vigilante Lion Maru", is born. He died   
   in February, 1999.    
      
   1937: KENJI UTSUMI, the voice of Emperorian on "Ultraman Mebius" and Los Dark   
   in "Pirate Squadron Gokaiger the Movie: The Flying Ghost Ship", is born in   
   Fukuoka. He could also be heard on "Cat's Eye", "Fist of the North Star", and   
   "Macross Plus".   
      
   1941: AKIKO WAKABAYASHI, who played Tamiye in "King Kong vs. Godzilla" and   
   Princess Salno in "Ghidrah -- the Three-Headed Monster", is born in Tokyo. She   
   also played Yaya's maid in "The Lost World of Sinbad", Hamako the gangster   
   moll in "Dogora", and    
   Kyoko on "Ultra Q", and was in Episode 5 of "Ultraman". She was also in   
   "Akiko", "What's Up, Tiger Lily?", and "You Only Live Twice".   
      
   1963: YASUSHI NIRASAWA, who designed Gigan and the Planet X aliens for   
   "Godzilla: Final Wars", is born in Tochio, Niigata Prefecture, Japan.    
      
   1964: "Godzilla vs. the Thing" is released in the U.S.    
      
   1972: Episode 7 of "Kikaida", "Bull Kong: Malevolent Monster Mayhem", debuts   
   on Japanese TV.

   and "The Grudge 2", is born in Phoenix.   
      
   1989: Episode 27 of "High Speed Squadron Turboranger" debuts on Japanese TV.   
      
   2000: Episode 18 of "Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue", "A Face from the Past",   
   debuts on Fox.    
      
   2001: Episode 27 of "Hundred Beast Squadron Gaoranger" debuts on Japanese TV.
